3. Setup Guide

3.3 Connecting the Mouse

  1. Unpack the Inphic Pg1 Gaming Mouse from its packaging.
  2. Locate an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Plug the USB connector of the mouse into the USB port.
  4. The mouse will be automatically recognized by your operating system.
  5. For advanced customization (DPI adjustment, macro programming, RGB lighting effects), download and install the official Inphic driver software from the manufacturer's website.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 DPI Adjustment

The Inphic Pg1 mouse features a dedicated DPI switch button, allowing you to cycle through 6 preset DPI levels: 1000, 1600, 3200, 6400, 9600, and 12800. For fine-tuning, the DPI can be customized from 200 to 12800 through the driver software.

4.2 RGB Lighting Effects

The mouse is equipped with multi-color RGB lighting. You can choose from 12 different lighting effects, including breathing light, monochrome fixed colors, or gradient cycles. To turn the RGB lights on or off, long press the DPI button.

4.3 Macro Programming

The Inphic Pg1 allows for hardware macro definition programming. This means you can customize the functions of the 6 buttons (Left, Right, Scroll, DPI switch, Forward, Backward) using the dedicated driver software. Your customized settings are stored directly on the mouse, eliminating the need to reset when changing devices.

4.4 Ergonomics and Grip

Mouse not responding:
  • Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
  • Try plugging the mouse into a different USB port.
  • Restart your computer.
DPI settings not changing:
  • Press the DPI switch button to cycle through the preset levels.
  • If using custom DPI settings, ensure the Inphic driver software is installed and the settings are applied correctly.
RGB lights not working or incorrect:
  • Long press the DPI button to toggle the lighting on/off.
  • Check the lighting settings within the Inphic driver software to customize effects.
Macro functions not working:
  • Ensure the Inphic driver software is installed.
  • Verify that macros are correctly programmed and assigned to the desired buttons within the software.
  • Check if the macro settings are saved to the mouse's onboard memory.
