4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

  1. Locate the charging port on the Boombox.
  2. Connect the provided Power-Charging Cable (AC) to the Boombox and then to a power outlet.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

5.1 Bluetooth Connection

Pair your Boombox with a Bluetooth-enabled device to stream audio wirelessly.

  1. Ensure the Boombox is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (usually indicated by a flashing LED). If not, press the Mode button to select Bluetooth.
  2. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "AIWA AWS-BBS-01B" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will stop flashing, and you can start playing music.

The Boombox uses Bluetooth version 5.3 for faster and more stable connections with lower battery consumption.

5.2 USB Playback

Play audio files directly from a USB storage device.

  1. Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3, WAV, FLAC, or WMA audio files into the USB port.
  2. Press the Mode button to switch to USB input.
  3. The Boombox will automatically detect and begin playing audio from the USB device.
  4. Use the Play/Pause and Volume buttons to control playback.

5.3 Aux-in Connection

Connect external audio sources using the P2-P2 audio cable.

  1. Connect one end of the P2-P2 audio cable to the Aux-in port on the Boombox.
  2. Connect the other end to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
  3. Press the Mode button to switch to Aux-in input.
  4. Control playback and volume from your external device.
