4. Setup
4.1 Wiring and Installation
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports three relays and two wiring methods. It is recommended to use a neutral-live power supply for stable operation. The Type-C port is intended for emergency temporary power supply only.

Installation Steps:
- Power Off: Ensure the main power supply to the installation area is turned off before beginning any wiring.
- Mounting: Secure the base of the control panel to the wall using the provided screws.
- Wiring: Connect the live (L) and neutral (N) wires to the corresponding terminals. Connect the load wires (L1, L2, L3) for the three relays as needed. Refer to Figure 12 for detailed wiring instructions.
- Attach Panel: Carefully attach the main control panel unit to its base.
- Power On: Restore power to the circuit. The panel should power on and display the initial setup screen.
4.2 Initial Configuration
Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the device to your Wi-Fi network and link it with the MOES App or Tuya Smart Life app. This will enable smart control features and access to the Bluetooth Sigmesh hub functionality.
5. Operation
5.1 Touch Screen Interface
The 3.5-inch touch screen allows intuitive control of your smart devices. Swipe through different screens to access device lists, scenes, and settings. Tap on device icons to control them (e.g., turn lights on/off, adjust brightness, change color). Scenes can be activated with a single tap.
5.2 Physical Buttons
The three physical buttons on the side of the panel can be customized via the MOES App to perform specific actions or trigger scenes. This provides quick, tactile control for frequently used functions.
5.3 Infrared Remote Control
Utilize the built-in IR remote control to manage traditional infrared-controlled devices. The panel can learn and emit IR signals to control appliances like TVs, air conditioners, and other IR-enabled electronics.
5.4 Bluetooth Mesh Gateway
The control panel acts as a Bluetooth Sigmesh gateway. Use the MOES App to add and manage up to 128 Bluetooth Sigmesh sub-devices, extending your smart home network capabilities.
5.5 Voice Control
Integrate the panel with Alexa or Google Assistant through the MOES App. While the 3.5-inch panel works with these assistants, direct voice commands require additional external speakers for full functionality.
5.6 Security Alarm Functionality
When paired with compatible security sensors, the panel will display an alarm card and sound an alert if a security event is detected. This provides immediate visual and auditory notification of potential dangers.
5.7 Customization
Personalize your panel by selecting from multiple built-in themes and screen savers. The Flip Clock screen saver automatically activates during periods of inactivity.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the control panel, gently wipe the screen and body with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays, as these can damage the surface or internal components.
6.2 Software Updates
Periodically check the MOES App for available firmware updates. Keeping your device's software up-to-date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
7. Troubleshooting
- Panel not powering on: Ensure the main power supply is active and the wiring connections are secure. The device requires a 100-240V AC power input.
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (most smart devices operate on this frequency). Ensure the panel is within range of your router.
- IR remote not controlling devices: Make sure the panel has a clear line of sight to the IR-controlled device. Ensure the IR codes have been correctly learned or configured in the app.
- Bluetooth Sigmesh devices not connecting: Confirm that the sub-devices are compatible with Bluetooth Sigmesh and are within range of the control panel.
- No voice intercom: This model of the control panel does not support direct voice intercom functionality. It supports video streaming from IPC and answering doorbell calls, but for two-way voice communication, external speakers or a different panel model may be required.
- Panel is slow or unresponsive: Try restarting the device by briefly cutting power or using the reset pin if available. Ensure the device's firmware is up to date.

- Power Compatibility: The control panel is designed to work with both 110V and 220V electrical systems (100-240V~; 50/60Hz), making it suitable for various regions.
- Bluetooth Mesh, Not Zigbee: This device functions as a Bluetooth Sigmesh gateway. If you have Zigbee devices, you will need a separate Zigbee gateway to control them, as this panel does not natively support Zigbee.
- Temperature Display: The panel can display temperature readings from compatible temperature sensors, potentially as widgets on the screen, allowing for quick environmental monitoring.
- Custom Scenes: Leverage the unlimited scene creation feature to automate daily routines, such as 'Morning Mode' to open blinds and turn on lights, or 'Night Mode' to secure your home.
