A sphygmomanometer measures the radial artery, while the watch measures the arterioles. Blood flow in the artery in the direction of the centrifuge can cause temporary pressure changes and increased vascular tension when using a sphygmomanometer, leading to differences in readings. The watch provides a reference for health monitoring, not medical-grade accuracy.
7.2 Message Push Issues
Q: Why can't the watch receive message pushes? A: For Android phones:
Confirm that the message push switch is enabled in the Fit CloudPro app.
Ensure messages are displayed normally in your phone's notification bar. The watch pushes messages by reading these notifications. If there's no message in the notification bar, the watch won't receive it. Check your phone's notification settings for WeChat, QQ, SMS, etc.
Open the auxiliary function settings for the Fit CloudPro app in your phone's settings.
For Apple phones:
Confirm that the message push switch is enabled in the Fit CloudPro app.
Ensure messages are displayed normally in your phone's notification bar. Check your phone's notification settings for WeChat, QQ, SMS, etc.
7.3 Pedometer Inaccuracy
Q: Why does the pedometer not count steps when I have already started walking? A: To reduce errors, the smartwatch typically sets an initial value of 10 steps. It will start counting and displaying steps once you have walked more than 10 steps. The app will then show the real walking steps, starting from step 10.
7.4 Device Not Booting
