Before installation, please ensure the product is compatible with your vehicle's center console size and shape. Professional installation is recommended.

3.1 Interface Overview

Front Panel:

• Type-C interface: For connecting Type-C devices.
• TF card interface: For inserting TF memory cards.
• Reset button: To reset/re-establish connection.
• USB interface: For connecting USB devices.
• MIC: Microphone input.
• AUX interface: Auxiliary audio input.

Important: When installing wiring, do not directly plug and connect with the original vehicle interface. This product needs to be installed with broken wires or adjusted to match the definition of the original vehicle PIN with this machine before wiring. Due to the large number of car models on the market, the definition of the original car interface PIN is different for each car manufacturer, and direct insertion may lead to wiring errors. When installing the unit into the car's dashboard, hold onto the outer frame and push it in. Do not press the screen directly.

• Screen Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner specifically designed for electronics. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Dust Removal: Regularly wipe down the unit to prevent dust accumulation, especially around buttons and ports.
• Temperature Control: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, for extended periods.
• Cable Management: Ensure all cables are securely connected and not pinched or strained, which can lead to damage.
• Software Updates: Check the manufacturer's website periodically for any available software or firmware updates to improve performance and add new features.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your multimedia player, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

6.1 Unit Does Not Turn On After Installation

If the unit is installed correctly but fails to power on, please check the wiring connections, especially the power lines (Yellow, Black, Red) to ensure they are correctly wired to the car battery and ignition switch.

6.2 Screen Flash Back or Jumps to AUX Interface Automatically

Some cars may experience screen flash back and automatically switch to the AUX interface after installation. This is typically not a product issue but is caused by the wiring of the car's rear camera reversing lights low voltage series, which leads to crosstalk power. To resolve this, you may need to add a relay to prevent crosstalk power.

If the above problem occurs, and you don't use the rear camera option or it's not connected, disconnect the 'back/reversing line' (pink wire) during installation. If your car radio screen shows "Begin reversing" or "No signal" when reversing, check the cable connections and disconnect the "back/reversing line" if necessary.

• Media Playback: For best video and music playback, ensure your USB drives or TF cards are formatted correctly and contain compatible file types (Mp3, MP4, WMA, JPEG).
• Bluetooth Connection: If you experience issues with Bluetooth pairing, ensure your phone's Bluetooth is discoverable and try restarting both the phone and the car radio.
