3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the hair trimmer. The device is equipped with a built-in lithium battery (2000 mAh).

  • Connect the USB charging cable to the charging base.
  • Place the trimmer onto the charging base, ensuring proper contact.
  • Connect the USB cable to a power bank, a 5V=1A adapter, or a computer's USB port.
  • The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
  • When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light turns green. When the battery needs recharging, the light turns red.

3.2. Attaching/Detaching Guide Combs

The trimmer comes with 6 cutting guide combs (1/2/3/4/5mm and one additional) to adjust the cutting length.

  • To Attach: Ensure the trimmer is switched OFF. Align the desired guide comb with the blade and push it firmly until it clicks into place.
  • To Detach: Ensure the trimmer is switched OFF. Gently pull the guide comb away from the blade.

IMPORTANT: Always switch off the unit when inserting or removing the cutting rail (guide comb).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off

  • Press the On/Off switch (2) to turn the trimmer on or off.
  • The LCD display (3) will show relevant information when the trimmer is on.

4.2. Adjusting Cutting Length

The trimmer features a 5-speed fine-tuning of the blade head and uses guide combs for length adjustment.

  • Blade Adjustment Lever: Slightly rotate the side swing arm (cutting head adjustment lever) to fine-tune the blade head from 0.5mm to 3mm. This allows for gradient effects.
  • Guide Combs: For longer lengths, attach one of the 5 cutting limit combs (1/2/3/4/5mm). The incision length is displayed on the limit comb.

4.3. Haircut Technique

  • It is recommended to start with the highest setting (longest comb) and gradually decrease the setting until you reach your desired hair length.
  • Point the corners of the comb toward the hair and guide the trimmer in the direction of hair growth.
  • The product is suitable for both corded and cordless operation.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

  • Always turn off and unplug your appliance before cleaning.
  • Clean the unit with a damp cloth. Never use detergents or solvents.
  • After each use, clean the blades with the provided cleaning brush to remove any hair.
  • To avoid hair clogging the comb, clean it with a brush from time to time during use.

5.2. Lubrication

To ensure long-term good performance, it is recommended to clean and lubricate the appliance frequently.

  • After cleaning the blades with the brush, apply 2 or 3 drops of lubricating oil (not included in the package due to air transportation restrictions) to the blades.
  • Let the machine run for a few seconds to properly lubricate the unit.

  • Trimmer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the trimmer to the charging base and check the charging indicator light.
