Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

  1. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the headphone.
  2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  3. The indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

2. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light flashes.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

The HOCO W45 uses Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable wireless connection.

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "HOCO W45" from the list of found devices.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light on the headphones will change (e.g., slow flash or solid blue), and you may hear a confirmation tone.

4. Language Prompt Tone

To switch the prompt tone language between English and Chinese, double-click the power button when the headphones are in an unpaired state (i.e., in pairing mode or powered on but not connected to a device).

1. Control Buttons

The headphones feature control buttons for easy management of audio and calls:

  • Power Button: Power on/off, enter pairing mode, language switch (unpaired state).
  • Volume Up (+): Increase volume.

2. Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold Volume Up (+) (or double-press, depending on specific implementation).
  • Previous Track: Press and hold Volume Down (-) (or triple-press, depending on specific implementation).
  • Volume Adjustment: Press Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) briefly.

3. Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button (when not on a call).

4. AUX Mode

The HOCO W45 supports AUX mode for wired connection:

  1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX port on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to your audio source's 3.5mm jack.
  3. The headphones will automatically switch to AUX mode. Note that controls on the headphones may be limited in AUX mode, and you will typically control playback and volume from your connected device.
