2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the power supply and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the package contents are present and undamaged.
2.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided input power cord to the AC input socket on the rear of the power supply and then to a suitable AC power outlet (115V±10% 60Hz or 220V±10% 50Hz, depending on your model). The power switch is located on the front panel for easy access.
2.3 Output Terminal Connection
Use appropriate test leads to connect your load to the output terminals: red for positive (+), black for negative (-), and green for ground (GND).
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Powering On/Off
Press the power switch on the front panel to turn the unit on or off.
3.2 Voltage Setting
To set the output voltage:
- Rotate the 'VOLTAGE' encoder knob.
- When entering voltage setting mode, the currently selected digit will flash.
- Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the value, and counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Press the encoder knob to move the cursor position to adjust different digits.
- The flashing will stop after 5 seconds of inactivity, confirming the setting.
3.3 Current Setting
To set the output current:
- Rotate the 'CURRENT' encoder knob.
- When entering current setting mode, the currently selected digit will flash.
- Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the value, and counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Press the encoder knob to move the cursor position to adjust different digits.
- The flashing will stop after 5 seconds of inactivity, confirming the setting.

3.4 Output Control
Short press the 'OUTPUT' button to toggle the main power output on or off. This allows you to adjust voltage and current settings without immediately applying power to your load, enhancing safety.

3.5 Battery Charging Function
The power supply supports charging various battery types. Follow these steps:
- Adjust the current and voltage of the power supply to match the battery's specifications. For lithium, lead-acid, and LiFePO4 batteries, set the charging voltage to 1.15 times the nominal voltage. For nickel-metal hydride batteries, set it to 1.17 times the nominal voltage.
- Press the 'BATTERY' button. It will flash yellow.
- Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the power supply to the corresponding terminals of the battery.
- Once connected correctly, the yellow light on the 'BATTERY' button will stop flashing.
- Press the 'OUTPUT' button to begin charging.

3.6 USB and Type-C Quick Charging
Two dedicated charging ports (USB-A and USB-C) are available on the front panel for quick charging of cell phones and other electronic devices. Simply connect your device to the appropriate port.

3.7 OCP Short-Circuit Protection
The Over Current Protection (OCP) function safeguards external loads from damage due to short circuits or overcurrents.
- Press the 'OCP' button to enable or disable the OCP function.
- When OCP is enabled and the machine detects a short circuit or overcurrent in an external load, it will automatically stop output and trigger an alarm.
- To clear the OCP alarm and resume operation, short press the 'OUTPUT' button.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Ensure the power supply is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
4.2 Cooling System
The unit features an intelligent temperature-controlled fan that activates when the internal temperature exceeds 50℃ (122℉) to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Keep the ventilation openings on the sides and rear of the unit clear from obstructions.

4.3 Fuse Replacement
The power supply is equipped with a fuse for voltage overload protection. If the unit fails to power on, check the fuse located in the fuse box on the rear panel. Replace with a fuse of the same rating (5A for AC 110V input).
5. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check the power cord connection and the fuse. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- No Output Voltage/Current: Verify that the 'OUTPUT' button is pressed (output is ON). Check if OCP is active (screen displays 'OCP') and clear it by pressing 'OUTPUT'. Ensure connections to the load are secure.
- OCP Alarm: If the screen displays 'OCP' and an alarm sounds, it indicates a short circuit or overcurrent in the connected load. Disconnect the load, resolve the issue, and then press the 'OUTPUT' button to reset.
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure proper connections and that the test leads are not damaged.
