4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Ensure the power supply is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.

4.2 Cooling System

The unit features an intelligent temperature-controlled fan that activates when the internal temperature exceeds 50℃ (122℉) to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Keep the ventilation openings on the sides and rear of the unit clear from obstructions.

4.3 Fuse Replacement

The power supply is equipped with a fuse for voltage overload protection. If the unit fails to power on, check the fuse located in the fuse box on the rear panel. Replace with a fuse of the same rating (5A for AC 110V input).

5. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Check the power cord connection and the fuse. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • No Output Voltage/Current: Verify that the 'OUTPUT' button is pressed (output is ON). Check if OCP is active (screen displays 'OCP') and clear it by pressing 'OUTPUT'. Ensure connections to the load are secure.
  • OCP Alarm: If the screen displays 'OCP' and an alarm sounds, it indicates a short circuit or overcurrent in the connected load. Disconnect the load, resolve the issue, and then press the 'OUTPUT' button to reset.
  • Inaccurate Readings: Ensure proper connections and that the test leads are not damaged.
