4. Setup and Installation
The KERUI W202 alarm system is designed for easy setup without the need for professional tools or installation. Follow these steps to get your system up and running:
4.1 Initial Setup and App Pairing
- Power On: Connect the W202 alarm panel to a power source using the provided DC5V adapter.
- Download Tuya Smart App: Download and install the "Tuya Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS/Android).
- Register/Login: Open the app and register a new account or log in with an existing one.
- Add Device: In the Tuya Smart app, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon. Select "Security & Sensor" and then "Alarm (Wi-Fi)".

- Door/Window Sensors (MC11):
- Mount the main sensor unit on the door/window frame and the magnetic stripe on the door/window itself, ensuring they are aligned and within 1cm of each other when closed.
- Ensure the sensor is powered (MC11 uses 1x CR2032 battery).

- PIR Motion Sensors (HW12):
