Maintenance
Cleaning Your Smartwatch
Regularly clean your Blackview X20 Smartwatch to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Water Resistance
The Blackview X20 is rated as "Life Waterproof." This means it is resistant to splashes, rain, and brief immersion in shallow water. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, or high-pressure water activities. Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures. Charge the watch using the provided magnetic charging cable. While the watch has a long standby time, frequent use of power-intensive features like Bluetooth calls and continuous health monitoring will reduce the time between charges.
Band Replacement
The watch band is detachable, allowing for easy cleaning or replacement. Refer to the product packaging or online resources for instructions on how to safely remove and attach bands.
