- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4Ghz. Check Wi-Fi password. Make sure the thermostat is in pairing mode (flashing Wi-Fi icon).
- Incorrect temperature readings: Verify temperature calibration in advanced settings. Ensure sensors are correctly placed and functional.
- Heating not activating: Check current mode (Manual/Program). Verify set temperature is above current room temperature. Check wiring to heating system.
User Tips
- For optimal energy saving, utilize the programmable schedule feature to adjust temperatures based on your daily routine.
- The child lock feature is highly recommended in households with young children to prevent accidental changes to settings.
- If you experience any issues with the app, try restarting both the app and your phone before attempting to reconnect the thermostat.

Maintenance
The Beok TDR89W thermostat requires minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure its longevity and optimal performance:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the screen and casing with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the surface.
- Avoid Obstructions: Ensure that the thermostat's vents are not blocked by furniture, curtains, or other objects, as this can affect temperature readings.
- Environmental Conditions: Keep the thermostat away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources that could interfere with its temperature sensing.
