2. Setup Instructions
2.1 Installation on Helmet
Attach the Clip: Loosen the screws of the clip and install it securely on your helmet. Ensure it is fixed firmly.

Figure 4: Mounting the intercom unit. Organize Cables and Microphone: Organize the internal cables and tuck them into the helmet foam for comfortable wear. Use the provided Velcro stick inside your helmet to secure either the stick microphone or soft microphone, depending on your preference and helmet type.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Long press the MOTOR button for approximately 2 seconds until the main device light flashes. Release the button.
- Power Off: Short press the Power Off button (button 9 in Figure 1).
3.2 Connecting with a Mobile Phone (Bluetooth Pairing)
- Ensure the V6 PRO intercom is powered off.
- Long press the Phone button (button 6 in Figure 1) for 5 seconds until both red and blue lights flash alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for "V6".
- Select "V6" to connect. Once successfully paired, the intercom's blue light will flash slowly.
- (If your GPS/MP3 device supports Bluetooth, follow the same pairing procedure.)

3.3 Phone Call Management
- Receiving a Call: When a call comes in, the device will automatically answer after 5 seconds if no operation is performed.
- Refusing a Call: When a call comes in, press the Phone button (button 6 in Figure 1) to end the call.
- Last Number Redial: After connecting to your phone, long press the Phone button (button 6 in Figure 1) for 3 seconds. The device will automatically dial the last outgoing call number.
3.4 Music Playback
- Play/Suspend Music: Short press the Phone button (button 6 in Figure 1). (95% compatible with cellphone music players).
- Choose Music:
- Previous Music: Long press Volume - (button 8 in Figure 1) for 2 seconds.
- Next Music: Long press Volume + (button 7 in Figure 1) for 2 seconds.
3.5 Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Short press Volume + (button 7 in Figure 1).
- Decrease Volume: Short press Volume - (button 8 in Figure 1).
3.6 Charging
- When charging, the red indicator light will be continuously on.
- Once fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off.
3.7 Clear Pairing (Restore Factory Settings)
- Press the Phone button (button 6 in Figure 1) and the B button (button 2 in Figure 1) simultaneously. The indicator light will flash red three times and then blue once, indicating that all previous pairings have been cleared.
4. Intercom Pairing and Operation
The V6 PRO supports up to six riders using the device, with two riders able to talk simultaneously. One main device can be paired with up to five sub-devices. The main device can select which sub-device (A, B, C, D, or E) to communicate with.
Note:
- The main device cannot communicate with all five sub-devices simultaneously; it can only talk to one selected sub-device at a time.
- The other five sub-devices cannot communicate directly with each other.
- When using an old version of the machine as the main unit, it cannot be successfully paired with a new version. The new version must be used as the main unit to pair with an old version.
4.1 Pairing with Sub-Devices (A, B, C, D, E)
The pairing process involves pressing specific buttons on both the main device and the sub-device you wish to pair.

- Pairing Main Device with Sub-Device A:
- Ensure both the main device and Sub-Device A are powered off.
- Long press the MOTOR button (button 1 in Figure 1) on the main device and the MOTOR button on Sub-Device A simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Both devices' red and blue lights will flash.
- One device will automatically initiate a pairing connection, and its blue light will flash quickly.
- After a short while, both devices' blue lights will flash slowly and simultaneously, indicating successful pairing. They can now communicate.
- To pair another sub-device, first press the MOTOR button on the main device to disconnect from Sub-Device A.
- Pairing Main Device with Sub-Device B:
- Ensure both the main device and Sub-Device B are powered off.
- Long press the B button (button 2 in Figure 1) on the main device and the B button on Sub-Device B simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Both devices' red and blue lights will flash.
- Follow the same light sequence as for Sub-Device A to confirm successful pairing.
- To pair another sub-device, first press the B button on the main device to disconnect from Sub-Device B.
- Pairing Main Device with Sub-Devices C, D, and E:
- The pairing method for Sub-Devices C, D, and E is identical to that of A and B. Use the corresponding C, D, or E button on the main device and the respective sub-device.
Simplified Pairing Overview:
The MOTOR/B/C/D/E buttons on the main device are used to pair with the corresponding MOTOR/B/C/D/E buttons on the five other sub-devices. After pairing, press the corresponding button on the main device to initiate communication with that specific sub-device.
4.2 Connecting to Paired Devices
Once devices are paired, you do not need to re-pair them for subsequent use. Simply click the corresponding MOTOR/B/C/D/E button on the main device to connect and talk with the desired sub-device.

7. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger and check the red indicator light.
- Cannot pair with mobile phone:
- Ensure the intercom is in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing alternately).
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and it's searching for devices.
- If issues persist, clear all previous pairings on the intercom (see section 3.7) and try again.
- Intercom pairing issues:
- Ensure both devices are powered off before initiating pairing.
- Follow the specific button press sequences for each sub-device (see section 4.1).
- If pairing fails, clear all previous pairings on both devices and attempt pairing again.
- Remember that an old version of the intercom cannot be the main unit when pairing with a new version.
- Poor communication distance: For optimal communication range, use the device in open areas with minimal obstructions.
- No sound from headset: Ensure the headset is properly connected to the earphone interface.
8. User Tips
- Helmet Compatibility: The V6 PRO is designed to be compatible with a wide range of helmet types including Modular, Motocross, Open face, Full Face, and Flip Up Helmets. For specific helmet models like Scorpion Exo, physical fitment of the clip and microphone should be verified.
- Microphone Choice: Utilize the provided Velcro to choose between the stick microphone (often better for open-face helmets) or the soft microphone (often better for full-face helmets) for optimal audio clarity.
- Package Options: The V6 PRO is available in single or double packs. Ensure you select the correct quantity based on your needs.
