Setup Instructions
- Attach Desk Clamp: Identify a sturdy desktop or table edge. Loosen the knob screw on the desk clamp. Position the clamp onto the edge of your desktop (ensure the desktop thickness is within 5cm). Tighten the knob screw firmly until the clamp is securely fastened and stable.
- Mount Microphone Stand: Insert the base of the microphone stand into the designated slot on the desk clamp. Ensure it is fully seated and secure.
- Adjust Initial Position: Loosen the adjustable joints on the boom arm to allow for movement. Position the arm to a comfortable initial height and angle.
- Attach Microphone:
- If your microphone or shock mount has a 3/8" threaded hole, screw it directly onto the stand's top mount.
- If your microphone requires a clip, attach the provided microphone clip to the 3/8" screw on the stand, then insert your microphone into the clip.
- Use the included 3/8" to 5/8" screw adapter if your microphone or accessory requires a 5/8" thread.
- Cable Management: Use the provided cable clips to route your microphone cable along the stand's arm for a neat and organized setup.

Operating Instructions
- Adjusting Height: To change the height of the microphone, loosen the knob on the telescopic section of the arm. Extend or retract the arm to your desired height, then tighten the knob firmly to lock it in place.
- Adjusting Angle and Reach: Loosen the adjustment knobs or levers at the various joints along the boom arm. Reposition the arm sections to achieve the desired angle and reach. The universal ball head design allows for quick and flexible adjustments. Once the desired position is found, tighten all loosened knobs/levers to secure the arm.
- Rotating the Stand: The base of the stand, where it connects to the desk clamp, allows for 360-degree horizontal rotation. The arm joints also facilitate 180-degree vertical rotation, providing comprehensive positioning options.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the microphone stand with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Check Tightness: Periodically inspect all screws, knobs, and joints to ensure they are securely tightened. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, fold the stand for compact storage in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Overtightening: Do not apply excessive force when tightening screws or knobs, as this can strip threads or damage components.
Troubleshooting
- Stand is Wobbly:
- Ensure the desk clamp is securely and tightly fastened to a stable desktop surface.
- Check that all adjustable joints and knobs on the boom arm are firmly locked after positioning.
- Microphone Not Fitting:
- Verify that you are using the correct screw adapter (3/8" or 5/8") for your microphone or microphone shock mount.
- Some microphones may require a specific shock mount or clip not included with this stand.
- Difficulty Adjusting Arm:
- Ensure all adjustment knobs/levers at the joints are sufficiently loosened before attempting to reposition the arm.
- If the arm feels stiff, check for any obstructions or debris in the joints.
User Tips
- For optimal stability and to prevent accidental movement, always ensure the desk clamp is attached to a sturdy, flat surface and tightened securely.
- When making significant adjustments to the arm's position, it is advisable to support your microphone with one hand to prevent it from dropping or swinging unexpectedly.
- Utilize the cable clips to keep your workspace tidy and prevent cables from interfering with the arm's movement or getting snagged.
