1. Product Overview

The Dreame S30 Pro Ultra is an advanced fully automatic sweeping robot designed to provide comprehensive and hands-free floor cleaning. It features a bionic dual mechanical arm for extended reach, a triple lift system for effective dry and wet separation, powerful suction, and an intelligent base station with self-cleaning capabilities.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Base Station Placement

Choose a suitable location for the base station. Ensure it is:

• Against a wall, with at least 1 meter of clear space in front and 0.5 meters on either side.
• On a hard, level surface.
• Away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Within Wi-Fi range.

For Automatic Water Supply/Drainage Version:

This version requires professional installation to connect to your home's water supply and drainage system. Please ensure you confirm installation conditions before purchase and arrange for professional setup. The base station is designed to be built-in, requiring a reserved cabinet space.

For Ultra-thin Embedded Version:

This version features an ultra-thin design (28cm height, 48.5cm depth) for seamless integration into cabinetry. Ensure the cabinet dimensions match the base station's requirements for a flush fit.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the power cable to the base station and plug it into a wall outlet. Ensure the base station is powered on.

3.3 Initial Charging

Place the robot onto the charging contacts of the base station. The robot will automatically power on and begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation.

3.4 App Connection

Download the Dreame Home app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network and complete the initial setup.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting a Cleaning Cycle

• Via Robot: Press the power button on the robot once to start a cleaning cycle.
• Via App: Use the Dreame Home app to start, pause, or stop cleaning. You can also set schedules, select cleaning modes, and define specific areas.

4.2 Cleaning Modes and Features

The Dreame S30 Pro Ultra offers various cleaning modes and advanced features:

• Sweeping & Mopping: The robot can sweep and mop simultaneously. Its bionic dual mechanical arm extends to clean corners and edges, ensuring 100% coverage. The triple lift system (side brush, main brush, mop) allows for dry and wet separation, preventing secondary contamination.

• Powerful Suction: With 11000Pa suction power, the robot effectively picks up dust, debris, and pet hair. The hydrodynamic air duct design and high-speed motor ensure efficient air and dust separation, preventing clogging.

• Smart Re-wash & Re-mop 3.0: The robot uses multispectral dirt sensing and AI visual technology to identify dirt types and stubborn stains (e.g., soy sauce, cola). It then performs a deep re-mop in those areas.

• Hot Water Mop Washing: The base station washes mop pads with 70°C hot water, enhanced with silver ion sterilization and antibacterial cleaning solution, to effectively remove oil stains, pigments, and inhibit bacteria. Water temperature is dynamically adjustable across 4 levels.

• AI Action Obstacle Avoidance: Equipped with Laser + AI technology, the robot recognizes over 70 types of common household obstacles. It uses LED night vision fill light for dark areas and dynamic LDS laser navigation for precise mapping and obstacle avoidance. It can climb thresholds up to 22mm and supports ramp settings.

• Customizable Cleaning: Use the app to set no-go zones, virtual walls, specific cleaning areas, and adjust water volume across 32 levels for different cleaning scenarios.
