  • Waterproof: The speaker is waterproof. However, avoid submerging it in water for extended periods or exposing it to high-pressure water jets. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Speaker does not power on:
Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and try again.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth:
Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing indicator). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing. If using TWS, ensure both speakers are unpaired from other devices before initiating TWS pairing.
No sound or low volume:
Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct playback mode (BT, AUX, TF card) is selected. If using AUX, check the cable connection.
Sound distortion:
Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your device. Ensure the audio source is of good quality. Move the speaker closer to the Bluetooth source to avoid interference.
