1. Setup and Installation
1.1 Package Contents
Please ensure all components are present:
- Eye4U 6K 12MP IP Camera
- Power Adapter (EU/US/UK/AU plug type, depending on selection)

1.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided DC12V power adapter to the camera and a suitable power outlet. Ensure the correct plug type is used for your region.

1.3 Network Connection
The camera supports both wireless (2.4GHz WiFi) and wired (RJ-45 Ethernet cable) connections. 5G WiFi is not supported.
- Wireless Connection: Ensure your camera is within range of a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Wired Connection: Connect an RJ-45 network cable from the camera to your router.

1.4 App Download and Pairing
To access and control your camera, download the "IPC360 Home" application on your smartphone (Android or iOS).
- Scan the QR code below or search for "IPC360 Home" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Install the application and follow the on-screen instructions to register an account.
- Add your camera to the app by following the in-app pairing guide.

1.5 Physical Installation
The camera is designed for ceiling installation and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Use the provided mounting screws and anchors to securely attach the camera to the desired location. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the areas you wish to monitor.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Three-Screen Simultaneous Preview
This camera features a unique three-lens, three-sensor, and three-screen design. Through the IPC360 Home app, you can view three video streams simultaneously, effectively monitoring multiple locations with a single device. Two screens display fixed-position camera views, while the third displays the PTZ camera view.

2.2 PTZ Control
The camera offers Pan (355°) and Tilt (90°) control, allowing you to adjust the viewing angle remotely via the IPC360 Home app. This provides a broader view and helps cover larger areas.

2.3 AI Auto Tracking
The camera is equipped with advanced AI auto-tracking technology. Once a moving object is detected and locked, the camera will automatically adjust its pan/tilt rotation to follow the object, ensuring no important moments are missed.

2.4 Night Vision Modes
The camera features built-in infrared LEDs and white LEDs, offering three distinct image modes for day and night surveillance:
- Smart Mode: Automatically switches between infrared and color vision based on detected motion or light conditions.
- Infrared Mode: Infrared LEDs are active, providing clear black and white images in low light or darkness. White LEDs are off.
- Color Mode: White LEDs illuminate, providing full-color vision even at night.
These modes can be freely switched via the IPC360 Home app.

2.5 Two-Way Audio
With a built-in waterproof microphone and speaker, the camera supports two-way audio communication. You can listen to the sounds around the camera and speak through the camera using the app, enabling real-time conversations.

2.6 Motion Detection and Alerts
The camera provides 24/7 motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera can push real-time alerts to your phone via the app and trigger a siren alarm, enhancing your home security.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Weather Resistance
The Eye4U 6K 12MP IP Camera is IP65 waterproof and dustproof, designed to withstand various outdoor weather conditions including rain, snow, and hot days, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C (14°F to 140°F).

3.2 Cleaning
To maintain optimal image quality, periodically clean the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the lens surface. For the camera body, a damp cloth can be used to wipe away dust and dirt.
3.3 Firmware Updates
Regularly check the IPC360 Home app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Camera Not Connecting to WiFi
- Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5G WiFi.
- Check if the camera is within range of your WiFi router.
- Verify that the WiFi password entered in the app is correct.
- Try restarting your router and the camera.
- If wireless connection fails, try connecting via an RJ-45 Ethernet cable to rule out WiFi issues.
4.2 Poor Image Quality
- Clean the camera lenses as described in the Maintenance section.
- Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's view.
- Check your internet connection speed. A slow connection can affect streaming quality.
- Adjust the image quality settings within the IPC360 Home app.
4.3 Motion Detection Not Working
- Verify that motion detection is enabled in the IPC360 Home app settings.
- Adjust the motion detection sensitivity. High sensitivity might trigger false alarms, while low sensitivity might miss events.
- Ensure the camera's field of view covers the desired detection area.
- Check if notification permissions are enabled for the IPC360 Home app on your smartphone.
4.4 Two-Way Audio Issues
- Ensure your smartphone's microphone and speaker are functioning correctly.
- Check the volume settings on both your phone and within the IPC360 Home app.
- Minimize background noise for clearer communication. The camera features echo suppression and noise reduction technology for optimal audio.
- Ensure the camera's microphone and speaker are not obstructed.
