5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View and PTZ Control
From the NVR monitor or the EseeCloud app, you can access live views and control camera movements.
- Pan & Tilt: The cameras support 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt. Use the on-screen controls (mouse on NVR, touch controls on app) to adjust the camera's viewing angle.
- Digital Zoom: Utilize the digital zoom feature to get closer details of the scene.
- Dual Lens, Multiple Views: The dual-lens design allows for both fixed-point monitoring and pan-tilt monitoring simultaneously, capturing more details without blind spots.

5.3 AI Humanoid Detection and Auto Tracking
The system utilizes advanced AI to distinguish human shapes from other moving objects, reducing false alarms. When a human is detected, the camera can automatically track their movement.
- Humanoid Detection: Receive instant app notifications when human targets are detected in the monitored area.
- Auto Tracking: The camera will automatically follow the movement of a detected person within its pan and tilt range.
- Alerts: Integrated lighting and built-in siren can be triggered upon detection for enhanced security.

5.4 Night Vision
The cameras support full-color night vision, providing clear and detailed images even in low-light conditions, thanks to the IR and white LEDs.
5.5 Video Recording and Playback
The NVR records footage to an installed HDD or SD card in the cameras. You can review recorded video through the NVR interface or the EseeCloud app.
- H.265 Compression: The system uses H.265 video compression, which provides higher quality video with less bandwidth and storage space compared to H.264.
- Storage Capacity:
SD Card Capacity Recording Time (Approx.) 16GB 3 days 32GB 3-5 days 64GB 5-10 days 128GB 10-18 days

6. Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Gently clean camera lenses and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check for firmware updates for both the NVR and cameras through the EseeCloud app or Hiseeu's official website to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Storage Management: Regularly check the storage status of your HDD or SD cards. Ensure there is sufficient space for continuous recording. Back up important footage as needed.
- Environmental Protection: The cameras are IP66 rated for outdoor use, resistant to temperature changes, sun, and dust. However, avoid direct high-pressure water jets.

Figure 14: Cameras are designed for outdoor use with IP66 waterproof and dustproof rating.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Video Feed:
- Ensure all cameras and the NVR are powered on and connected correctly.
- Check network connectivity for both NVR and cameras.
- Verify that cameras are paired with the NVR.
- Poor Wireless Signal:
- Ensure cameras are within the effective wireless transmission range (up to 50 meters without obstacles, less with walls).
- Minimize obstacles like thick walls between cameras and the NVR.
- The system supports 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band WiFi for better connectivity.
- App Connection Issues:
- Ensure your smartphone has a stable internet connection.
- Verify the Cloud ID and password entered in the app are correct.
- Check if the NVR is connected to the internet.
- Recording Not Working:
- Ensure an HDD is installed in the NVR or SD cards are inserted in the cameras.
- Check the storage status to ensure there is available space.
- Verify recording schedules and settings in the NVR menu.
