Before first use, please charge the device to 100%. The watch may have a low battery after a long period of logistics. To charge:

- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the binding process. This may include confirming a pairing request on both your phone and the watch.

Note: If the watch is successfully bound, it will automatically connect to your phone each time you open the app in the future. You can sync your data by refreshing the client data page.

Heart Rate (HR) Monitoring
The watch can record and display your heart rate 24 hours a day. Tap the Heart Rate screen to measure your current heart rate. For detailed analysis and historical data, refer to the Da Fit app.
How HR is measured: The watch emits a beam of light onto the skin. As the heart pumps blood, blood vessels fill. Blood absorbs green light and reflects red light. The watch detects these reflected lights as the heart contracts and relaxes to record heart rate.
Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring
Tap the Blood Pressure screen to measure your current blood pressure. More detailed analysis and records are available in the Da Fit app.
Note on BP measurement: Deviations between watch and sphygmomanometer measurements can occur due to different measurement points (brachial artery vs. arterioles) and external factors like cuff pressure affecting blood flow. The watch's measurements are for reference and not for medical diagnosis.
Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Monitoring
Tap the SpO2 screen to measure your current blood oxygen level. Access further analysis and data records via the Da Fit app.

Sports Modes
The watch supports over 20 sports modes to track your workouts. When you start an exercise, the watch synchronizes to display relevant data such as heart rate, calories burned, and duration. You can pause or stop the exercise directly from the watch.

Note: The watch requires time to accurately determine sleep onset and waking. Small actions like sitting on a sofa for a long time or reading in bed might be interpreted as sleep.
