5. Setup Instructions

  1. Install SIM Card and Battery:

    Open the back cover of the JMR541 router. Insert your standard-sized 4G SIM card into the designated SIM card slot. Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly according to the diagram inside the device. Then, insert the 2600mAh battery into its compartment and close the back cover.

  2. Charge the Device:

    Before first use, fully charge the router using the provided USB cable and a compatible power adapter (DC5V 1000mAh output). The battery indicator light will show charging status.

  3. Power On:

    Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or front) for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.

  4. Connect to Wi-Fi:

    On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select the network name (SSID) corresponding to your JMR541 router. The default SSID and Wi-Fi password are typically printed on a label inside the battery compartment or on the back of the device. Enter the password to connect.

6. Operating Instructions

  • Indicator Lights: Monitor the LED indicators on the front panel for status updates:
    • Battery Indicator: Shows remaining battery level.
    • Signal Indicator: Displays the strength of the 4G network signal.
    • Wi-Fi Indicator: Indicates Wi-Fi activity and connection status.
  • Connecting Devices: Once powered on and connected to the 4G network, your JMR541 router will broadcast a Wi-Fi signal. Any Wi-Fi enabled device can connect using the SSID and password.
  • Power Off: To turn off the router, press and hold the Power button until the indicator lights turn off.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.

8. Troubleshooting
