To claim warranty, you must return the product to Flipsky. Shipping costs for returns are typically borne by the customer. If repair is not feasible, a discount may be provided for a new replacement (excluding shipping cost).

10.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Purchase from unauthorized channels.
  • Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB.
  • PCB board repair or soldering iron traces (excluding factory-installed cable bullet connectors).
  • Water damage or external impact damage.
  • Abnormal applications or use beyond product specifications.
  • Wear and tear caused by normal use.
