3. Health Monitoring

The LIGE Smart Watch is equipped with sensors to monitor various health metrics:

3.1 Heart Rate (HR) Monitoring

The watch continuously records and displays your heart rate for 24 hours a day. You can tap the Heart Rate screen to measure your current heart rate. For detailed analysis and data records, refer to the Da Fit client app.

How Heart Rate is Measured: The watch emits a beam of light onto the skin. As the heart pumps blood, blood vessels fill with blood. Since blood tends to absorb green light and reflect red light, the heart reflects lights of different colors when it contracts and relaxes. The watch records the heart rate by detecting these reflected lights.

3.2 Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring

You can tap the Blood Pressure screen to measure your current blood pressure. For detailed analysis and data records, please check the Da Fit client app.

3.3 Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Monitoring

You can tap the SpO2 screen to measure your current blood oxygen saturation. For detailed analysis and data records, please check the Da Fit client app.

If you wear the watch while you sleep, it can provide sleep duration and sleep status, displaying sleep quality on both the watch screen and within the Da Fit app.

Note: The watch requires time to accurately determine sleep onset and waking states. Small actions like sitting on the sofa for an extended period or reading a book in bed might be interpreted as sleep by the watch.

8. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q1: How is Heart Rate measured?

The watch strikes a beam of light onto the skin. As the heart pumps blood, blood vessels are filled with blood. Since blood tends to absorb green light and reflect red light, the heart reflects lights of different colors when it contracts and relaxes. The watch records the Heart Rate simply by detecting these reflected lights.

Q2: Why does Blood Pressure measured with the watch deviate from that measured with a sphygmomanometer?

The deviation between the watch and a sphygmomanometer in terms of blood pressure measured is caused by multiple factors. A sphygmomanometer measures blood pressure in the brachial artery, while the watch measures blood pressure in the two main branches of the arterioles. If you use both simultaneously, the blood flow in the arteries is centrifugal. The cuff of the sphygmomanometer puts pressure on the area below the middle of your elbow, temporarily preventing blood from flowing smoothly to the arterial branches below. The increased tension in the blood vessels will cause a larger deviation in upper and lower blood pressure measurements.

Q3: How to connect the smart watch to my smartphone?

Before using the watch for the first time, charge and activate it. Otherwise, it may not power on. Scan the QR code in the manual or search for "Da Fit" in your app store to download the app. Open Da Fit, go to Devices, and select "Bind Device H60". Tap "Pair" and then "Allow" to grant notification permissions. Activate dual mode on the watch and ensure Bluetooth connections for "H60" and "Audio_H60" are active on your phone. Make sure your phone is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.

Q4: How do I receive notifications on my watch?

To receive notifications:

  1. Ensure you allow the smartwatch to display notifications on your phone before connecting the watch.
  2. Verify that your phone's lock screen and notification center banner are turned on and always display previews (default setting). Your phone must be able to receive notifications first.
  3. Turn on the app push permission for the "Da Fit" app in your phone's settings.

Q5: My watch is not connecting via Bluetooth.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your smartwatch and your smartphone. Check that the Da Fit app has all necessary permissions granted on your phone. Try restarting both devices and attempting the connection process again.

9. User Tips

  • Call Answering: Note that this smartwatch may not support answering calls directly from the watch, but it will display incoming call notifications.
  • Band Customization: The watch band is detachable, allowing for customization or replacement with different styles and colors.
  • App Connection: For consistent data synchronization and weather updates, ensure your watch remains connected to the Da Fit app on your smartphone.

10. Maintenance

10.1 Waterproof Information (IP67)

The LIGE Smart Watch has an IP67 professional waterproof rating. This means it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, hand washing, and swimming. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or deep diving, as steam and high water pressure can damage the device.
