5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Remote Control Functions

The remote control allows for easy management of the A8 Pro's features:

  • Setting the Alarm: Press the lock button once. The lamp will emit a "BEE" sound and flash 3 times. The alarm will be set after 3 seconds.
  • Cancelling the Alarm: Press the unlock button once. The lamp will emit a "BEE" sound and flash 3 times, indicating the alarm is disarmed.
  • Bell/Bike Locator: A short press of the bell button will cause the bell to sound 3 times and the light to flash 3 times, helping you locate your bike. A long press will cause the bell to sound 3 times, the light to flash 3 times, and then the light will stay on for 3 seconds while the bell sounds continuously.
  • Rear Light Switch: Short press the light button to cycle through 3 lighting modes: Fast Flash, Slow Flash, and Constant.

5.2 Intelligent Features

  • Intelligent Light Sense: The A8 Pro automatically senses the riding environment. In flashing or breathing mode, the lights will adjust brightness based on ambient light conditions, turning brighter in dark environments and dimming in bright conditions to conserve battery. The lights will automatically turn off after 30 seconds if no vibration is detected, and turn on automatically when riding in dark places.
  • Intelligent Induction Brake: When the bicycle brakes and decelerates, the taillight will automatically brighten for 3 seconds, providing a clear warning to vehicles behind you and enhancing safety.
