| Wire Color | Function | Connection Point |
|---|---|---|
| Red (ACC) | Ignition Switch +12V | Car ACC line (switched +12V) |
| Yellow (B+) | Power Supply +12V (Memory) | Car battery constant +12V |
| Black (GND) | Ground wire | Car chassis ground |
| Blue | 12V Control Line (Antenna/Amplifier) | Power antenna or amplifier remote turn-on |
| Brown (KEY) | Steering wheel control | Steering wheel control signal wire |
| Pink (REVERSE) | Reversing camera trigger | Car reversing light +12V |
| Orange (BRAKE) | Parking brake cable | Parking brake signal |
Important Note on Power Wires: When the yellow line (B+) and the red line (ACC) have a 12V positive power at the same time, the unit can be turned on normally. The yellow line (B+) keeps the power on and the machine has a memory function. If these are connected incorrectly, the unit may not retain settings or may not power on.
Speaker Wires: There are 8 speaker cables. Each cable cannot be grounded, cannot be shared, and cannot touch other lines. Otherwise, there will be no sound output, sound distortion, or machine overheating.
3.3 Reversing Camera Installation
The reversing camera is installed at the rear of the car. Ensure proper connection for automatic display when reversing.
- Connect the camera's power cable to the car's reversing lights (+12V).
- Connect the camera's video output cable to the "REVERSE VIDEO INPUT" on the car stereo.
- Connect the car stereo's PINK (REVERSE) wire to the car's reversing light +12V trigger.
If the reversing camera is not installed, do not connect the REVERSE/BACK cable to any place. Leave it unconnected. Connecting it incorrectly can cause the machine to display improperly or automatically enter reverse mode, potentially leading to malfunction.

6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For more complex problems, contact customer support.
6.1 Unable to Boot Normally
- Wiring Check: Ensure the Yellow (B+), Red (ACC), and Black (GND) wires are correctly connected. The yellow wire should be connected to constant +12V, red to switched +12V (ignition), and black to ground. Incorrect connections can prevent booting or cause damage.
- Fuse Check: Verify if the fuse on the yellow wire is intact. If blown, replace it. If it blows repeatedly, there's a short circuit in the unit or wiring.
- Power Supply Test: If wiring and fuse are correct, test the unit with a separate 12V power supply (e.g., another car battery) to rule out car wiring issues.
6.2 Automatic Shut-down
- Incorrect Wiring: If the blue (automatic antenna power supply) cable is connected to the unit's power cable, it can cause automatic shutdown. Correct the wiring.
- Unstable Voltage: Test the unit with a stable 12V-5A power supply. If it still shuts down, the unit may be faulty.
6.3 Having Noise
- Speaker Power: If the original speakers have low power, noise may occur at high volumes. Reduce volume or consider upgrading speakers.
- Grounded Speaker Cable: Ensure no speaker cables are grounded. Take the speaker cable off the iron and connect it directly to the unit's speaker cable.
6.4 Remote Control Not Working
- Battery Check: Verify the remote control battery has power by pointing it at a phone camera and pressing a button; if the IR light is visible, the battery is working. Replace if necessary.
6.5 Settings Not Saved (No Memory)
- Power Wire Connection: The yellow (B+) and red (ACC) wires must be connected correctly. Yellow to constant +12V for memory, red to switched +12V for ignition. If reversed, settings will not be saved.
6.6 Bluetooth Not Working
- Pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the unit and your phone. Search for "CarKit" and pair (PIN: 0000).
6.7 No Sound After Installation or After a While
- Speaker Wiring: Check if speaker cables are short-circuited or incorrectly connected. Reconnect them properly.
- Speaker Compatibility: Ensure the number of speaker cables matches your car's original wiring (e.g., 2 speakers need 4 cables).
- Unit Fault: If all wiring is correct, and there's still no sound, the unit may be faulty.
6.8 USB Flash Disk Not Playing / Card Slot Issue
- USB Format: Format the USB flash disk to FAT32 and re-download songs.
- Card Slot: Check if the memory card is inserted correctly and if the plug is damaged.
6.9 FM Not Receiving Radio Stations
- Antenna Connection: Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted and the antenna cable is not disconnected.
- Station Search: Perform an automatic station search (long press AMS for 2 seconds).
