- Drying Before Charging: If the headphones have been exposed to moisture, dry them completely before opening the silicone plug and connecting the charging cable.
- Storage: Store the headphones in a clean, dry environment. Avoid placing them in areas with strong electromagnetic forces, as this may cause malfunctions.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headphones. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Handling: Avoid subjecting the headphones to excessive force, bending beyond their natural flexibility, or exposure to sharp objects.
- Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the headphones yourself. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.

If you encounter issues with your headphones, try the following steps:
- No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source and check the indicator light.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try searching again. Ensure the headphones are not already connected to another device.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly connected via Bluetooth.
- Intermittent Connection: Move closer to your connected device to ensure you are within the Bluetooth range (<10m). Avoid environments with strong Wi-Fi or other wireless interference.
- Charging Issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the headphones and the power adapter. Try a different charging cable or power adapter if available.
If problems persist, please contact customer support.
