  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the unit regularly. Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
  • Temperature: Operate and store the device within the specified temperature range of -10°C to +45°C. Extreme temperatures can affect battery performance and device longevity.
  • Storage: Store the unit and accessories in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Unit does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the unit to a power source using the USB cable and try turning it on after a few minutes of charging.
  • Cannot pair devices:
    • Ensure both units are fully charged and within close proximity during the pairing process.
    • Follow the pairing instructions carefully, paying attention to button press durations and indicator light sequences.
    • If previous pairing attempts were unsuccessful, try resetting the units by turning them off and on again before attempting to pair.
  • No sound or poor sound quality:
    • Check that the headset is securely plugged into the audio output port.
    • Adjust the volume using the Volume + / Volume - buttons.
    • Ensure devices are within the effective intercom range (1200m) and there are no major obstructions.
  • Intercom channel disconnects or jumps: Avoid touching any buttons on the device once an intercom connection is established, as this can disrupt the channel.
  • Compatibility with other brands/models: The V4C is designed for optimal performance with other V4C units. Compatibility with intercoms from other brands (e.g., EJEAS V4C PLUS, EJEAS V6 PLUS) is not guaranteed and may vary.
