5. Troubleshooting

  • Limited Storage Space: The Android OS occupies a portion of the advertised ROM. The actual available storage will be less than the total capacity. Use a TF card for additional storage.
  • Network Connectivity Issues: Ensure your SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Check your Wi-Fi connection. Verify that your network bands (FDD:B1/B3/B7/B8/B20, TDD:B40, WCDMA:B1/B8, GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8) are supported in your region.
  • Performance Lag: Use the System Manager to clean junk files and optimize game performance. The Smart Pre-Loading feature helps improve app launch speeds by learning your usage patterns.
  • Inaccurate Benchmark Results: The standard testing information for this device is based on the AnTuTu Benchmark App. Results from other apps like CPU-Z or different devices may vary and are not guaranteed for accuracy.

9. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Will I receive a free leather case with my tablet?

A: Some advertisements mention a free leather case. Please refer to the specific promotional details at the time of your purchase to confirm if this offer applies to your order.
