4. Installation Guide
Before installation, ensure your door's peephole diameter is between 15 to 60 mm and the door thickness is between 35 to 145mm.

- Step 1: Select a screw that fits the thickness of your door and insert the bolt into the camera unit.
- Step 2: Pass the camera's cable through the existing peephole from the outside of the door.
- Step 3: After straightening the cable, thread the screw through the hanging plate (the bracket for the indoor monitor).
- Step 4: Securely tighten the fixed screws in sequence to mount the hanging plate to the door.
- Step 5: Buckle the doorbell wire from the camera into the correct connector on the indoor monitor.
- Step 6: Install the doorbell host (indoor monitor) onto the hanging plate, ensuring it clicks into place.
5. iCam365 App Setup
The iCam365 app is essential for remote monitoring and controlling your doorbell. It supports both iOS and Android devices.
- Download the App: Search for 'iCam365' in your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install it.
- Create an Account: Open the iCam365 app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: Once logged in, select the option to add a new device. The app will guide you through the process, which typically involves scanning a QR code located on the back of your indoor monitor. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network, as the doorbell does not support 5Ghz WiFi.

Once connected, you can access camera images, receive notifications, and manage settings from your smartphone or tablet.

Your iCam365 doorbell offers several features for comprehensive home security:
- Live View: Press the Home/Reset button on the indoor monitor to view the live feed from the outdoor camera. The monitor will also automatically wake up when the doorbell button is pressed.
- Two-Way Audio: Communicate with visitors at your door using the iCam365 app. This feature includes noise reduction for clear conversations. You can instruct couriers, warn strangers, or simply greet guests without opening the door.
- PIR Motion Detection: The built-in PIR motion sensor automatically detects body movement. When motion is detected, it triggers push notifications to your phone and initiates video recording (stored to TF card or mobile phone). Note that motion detection does not automatically wake up the indoor monitor.
- Night Vision: The camera features 940nm LED lights for clear night vision. The day/night vision sensitivity automatically switches to ensure optimal image quality in varying light conditions. The effective night vision distance is approximately 3-4 meters.

- Cannot connect to WiFi: Verify that your WiFi router is operating on a 2.4Ghz frequency. This doorbell does not support 5Ghz WiFi. Ensure the WiFi signal strength is adequate at the installation location.
- App not connecting to the device: Double-check your iCam365 app account details. Ensure the device has been correctly added to your account by scanning the QR code. If issues persist, try resetting the device (using the Home/Reset button) and re-pairing it with the app.
- No continuous recording: This is expected behavior. The doorbell is battery-powered and designed for event-based recording (doorbell presses, motion detection) to conserve battery life. Continuous recording is not supported.
- Poor image quality at night: Ensure the camera lens is clean and unobstructed. Verify that the night vision LEDs are functioning. The effective range for night vision is approximately 3-4 meters.
