4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Remote Control

Before first use, ensure your remote control is fully charged.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the remote control's Type-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The remote control will indicate charging status (e.g., an LED light). Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.

4.2. Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to pair your remote control with your smartphone:

  1. Ensure the remote control is powered on. (Refer to Section 5.1 for power on/off instructions).
  2. On your smartphone, go to your Bluetooth settings.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  4. Search for available devices. The remote control should appear as "Beauty-R1".
  5. Select "Beauty-R1" to initiate pairing.
  6. Once paired, your phone's Bluetooth settings will show the device as "Connected".

5. Operating Instructions

The remote control features a textured matte non-slip surface and skin-friendly soft rubber buttons for comfortable use. It is designed for wireless remote shooting and navigation without delay.

5.1. Power On/Off

Locate the On/Off button on the side of the remote control (refer to Figure 3). Press and hold to power on or off the device.

5.2. Button Functions

The remote control offers various functions for different applications:

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Remote not responding: Check if the remote is still paired with your phone. If not, re-pair it. Ensure the remote is charged.
  • Functions not working in an app: Some apps may have limited or no support for external Bluetooth controls. Check the app's settings or try using the remote with a different application to determine if the issue is app-specific.
  • Short battery life: Ensure the remote is fully charged before use. Avoid extreme temperatures during charging and operation.
