7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your PuRuiKai N361 Robot Window Cleaner, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Robot not adhering to the surface:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged in and the robot is receiving continuous power.
- Check if the cleaning cloths are too wet; they should be slightly damp, not soaked.
- Verify that the suction cups are clean and free from debris.
- Robot leaving streaks or not cleaning effectively:
- Replace dirty cleaning cloths with fresh ones.
- Adjust the amount of cleaning solution sprayed on the surface or cloths. Too much or too little can cause streaking.
- Ensure the surface is free from large debris before starting.
- Robot not moving or getting stuck:
- Check for any physical obstructions on the window surface or around the robot.
- Ensure the power cord is not tangled or restricting movement.
- If an abnormal alert (red light/warning tone) is active, refer to the "Abnormal Alerts" feature description.
- Robot falls during operation:
- Always ensure the safety rope is securely attached to a fixed point before operation.
- The internal battery provides temporary power in case of power loss; if the robot falls, it indicates a severe power interruption or a failure in the safety mechanism. Immediately cease use and contact support.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, please contact customer support for further assistance.

9. User Tips
- Continuous Power: Always operate the robot with the power adapter plugged in. The internal battery is a safety feature designed to prevent falls during sudden power outages, not for cordless operation.
- Safety First: Never operate the window cleaner without securely attaching the safety rope to a stable anchor point. This is crucial for preventing accidents.
- Optimal Cleaning Solution: For best results, lightly spray cleaning solution onto the window surface or the edges of the cleaning cloths. Avoid directly soaking the cloths, as excessively wet cloths can reduce suction and cleaning effectiveness.
- Surface Compatibility: The robot is suitable for various smooth surfaces including glass, tile walls, fiberglass, and framed mirrors.
- Cleaning Area Limits: Be aware of the maximum cleaning area: 6 meters in height and 5 meters in width.
