5. Management Platforms: Mobile APP, Web Server, Bluetooth, and SMS
This GPS Tracker supports multiple management methods for convenience and flexibility.
- If using the APP and web platform, a SIM card with a data plan is required.
- If using SMS, a SIM card with SMS, voice call, and caller ID enabled is required.
5.1 Mobile APP
Download APP: Scan the QR code below or search "BAANOOL IOT" on Google Play or App Store.

Register: Open the BAANOOL IOT app, register a new account, and log in. Choose "BAANOOL car" to enter the interface.

Bind Device: Click the 'Add Device' button on the home page and scan the IMEI number to bind a new device. The IMEI number is located on the side of the device. You can also manually enter the IMEI for binding.

Using Tracker: Under normal circumstances, the device automatically selects the APN, username, and password without manual setting. If the device remains offline after 3 minutes of binding, you may need to set the APN and username/password via Bluetooth or SMS (refer to sections 12.17 and 12.18). Once online, you can view and manage the device.
5.2 BAANOOL IOT's Web Version
Access the web platform at www.baanooliot.com. Your login account name and password are the same as those used for the mobile app.

5.3 Positioning Strategy
You can select the working mode and positioning strategy via the positioning button. This allows for different reporting frequencies based on whether the device is stationary or moving. The movement trajectory will be displayed when the tracker moves.
5.3.1 Working Modes
| Working Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Real-time Online | The device is online in real-time and reports its location according to the set motion/stationary intervals. By default, it reports location at 10-second intervals when moving and 1-hour intervals when stationary. |
| Smart Mode | Offline when stationary (phone calls, SMS, and alarms can trigger online). After SOS, door open, and illegal ignition alarms are triggered, the device will be online in real-time until the alarm is canceled. Wakes up and goes online when in motion. Reports at the set interval whether stationary or moving. |
5.3.2 Positioning Interval
Configure the time intervals for reporting location data when the device is still or in motion.

5.4 History Playback
You can view the historical driving routes through the APP by clicking the playback button.

6. Remote Immobilizing
The tracker allows for remote control over the vehicle's oil and power supply.
- Cut off oil and power (delayed mode): The command will be executed only after the vehicle speed is less than 20km/h.
- Cut off oil and power (immediately mode): The command will be executed immediately, regardless of vehicle speed.
- Resume oil and power: Restores fuel and power supply.

7. Arming and Disarming
- Arming: Activates the alarm system.
- Disarming: Deactivates the alarm system.
- Silent Arming: Activates the alarm system without audible siren, sending only notifications.

8. Alarm Functions
The GPS tracker provides various alarm functions to enhance vehicle security.

8.1 Alarms in Arming State
- Door Opening Alarm: Triggered when a door is opened while armed. The siren will beep for 20 seconds, with pauses if the door remains open. Disarming stops the alarm.
- ACC Alarm: Triggered if the vehicle ignition is turned "ON" or the vehicle is started directly while armed. The siren will beep for 20 seconds, with pauses if ignition remains on.
- Shock Alarm: Triggered when the device moves or vibrates while armed. The alarm is sent once within 3 minutes. The siren will beep for 5 seconds initially, then again for 5 seconds, and finally for 10 seconds. Vibration sensitivity can be adjusted (default level 2).
8.2 Other Alarm Functions
- Low Battery Alarm: Sent to authorized numbers twice at 15-minute intervals when the battery voltage drops to approximately 3.55V. Can be turned on/off.
- External Power Disconnection Alarm: Activated by default. Triggers an alarm if the external power supply is disconnected. Can be turned on/off.
- SOS Alarm: Pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds (or holding the remote control button for 3 seconds on B models) triggers an emergency alarm, sending alerts to authorized phone numbers.
- Geo-fence Alarm: Triggered when the device enters or leaves a predefined geographical area set up on the APP or platform.
- Movement Alarm: Triggered when the device moves outside a specified radius from its current position.
- Overspeed Alarm: Triggered when the vehicle speed exceeds a preset threshold.
- Fuel Alarm: Triggered if fuel consumption exceeds normal standards while running, or if there is fuel leakage/stealing when stopped. The siren will beep for 20 seconds. Fuel tank calibration (0% and 100%) is required for accurate readings.

9. Remotely Voice Monitor (Listen Function)
The device supports remote voice monitoring. Send an SMS command "monitor+password" to the unit. It will reply "monitor ok!" and switch to "monitor" mode. You can then dial the SIM number in the device, and it will automatically pick up your call, allowing you to monitor the voice around it. The default mode is "track" (positioning mode). To switch to listening mode, send "listen+password". To return to positioning mode, send "tracker+password".

10. Bluetooth Features
10.1 Bluetooth Automatic Arm/Disarm
To use this feature, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for "Bn403", click Connect, enter the machine password, and pair. When you move away from the tracker and the Bluetooth connection disconnects, the tracker will automatically arm. When you return and Bluetooth reconnects, it will automatically disarm.
Note:
- If other methods (remote control, SMS, app, web) are used to arm the device, Bluetooth automatic arm/disarm will be invalid until disarmed by other means.
- If you do not use Bluetooth sensing, unpair the device in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
10.2 Bluetooth Configuration Parameters
You can click the Bluetooth icon on the App login page or home page to enter the Bluetooth configuration interface. Click "Bn403" to modify device parameters directly after a successful connection. All SMS commands can also be set via Bluetooth.
