Setup
1. Charging the Earphones and Case
- Before first use, fully charge the earphones and charging case.
- Place the earphones into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The intelligent digital power display on the transparent case will show the charging status and battery level.
- A full charge provides approximately 7 hours of use for a single headset and up to 28 hours total with the charging case.
2. Pairing with a Device
- Open the lid of the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "HOCO EQ3" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earphones will be ready for use.
- The EQ3 supports master-slave switching, allowing either earbud to be used independently.
3. Wearing the Earphones
- Choose the ear caps that best fit your ears from the three provided sizes (XS/M/XL) for optimal comfort and sound quality.
- Gently insert the earphones into your ears. The semi-in-ear design is crafted for a light and comfortable fit.

- Play/Pause: Tap the touch area once on either the Left (L) or Right (R) earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap the touch area on either L or R earbud.
- Previous Track: Triple tap the touch area on either L or R earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Long press the touch area for 2 seconds on either L or R earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch area once on either L or R earbud during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Long press the touch area for 2 seconds on either L or R earbud during an incoming call.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ear Caps: Remove and clean the ear caps periodically with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Charging Port: Keep the USB-C charging port free of dust and debris.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and ensure they remain charged. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
