3. Setup and Connection
3.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the Type-C charging port on the headset and to a USB power source. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.

3.2 Adjusting the Headset
The A360BL features an adjustable headband to comfortably fit various head shapes. Extend or retract the headband as needed.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing (Wireless Mode)
- Ensure the headset is charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the power button until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (PC, laptop, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Awei A360BL" from the list of devices to connect.
- Once connected, the indicator light will stop flashing.
3.4 Wired Connection (AUX Mode)
For wired use, connect the detachable audio cable to the headset's AUX port and to your device's 3.5mm audio jack. The headset will automatically switch to wired mode.

4.1 Power On/Off

6. Troubleshooting
- Headset won't turn on: Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing indicator light) and within 10 meters of your device. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, or try restarting both devices.
- No sound: Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure the correct audio output is selected on your device. If using wired mode, ensure the cable is securely connected.
- Poor audio quality: Move closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no obstructions between the headset and the device.
