The WHT-006 series is available in different types to suit specific heating systems:
- GA: For underfloor water heating.
- GB: For underfloor electric heating.
- GC: For water/gas boiler heating.

5. Installation
Important: Installation should only be carried out by a qualified professional. Ensure the main power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker before beginning any installation work.
5.1 Mounting Location
Choose a location on an interior wall, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources that could affect accurate temperature readings. The thermostat is designed to fit standard 86mm square or European 60mm round installation boxes.

5.2 Wiring Instructions
Refer to the wiring diagram provided in Figure 6 and on the back of your thermostat. Connect the wires according to your specific heating system type (GA, GB, or GC). Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- L & N: Connect to your main power supply (95-240 VAC).
- 1 & 2: Connect to the load of your heating system (e.g., boiler, electric heating mat).
- 3 & 4: Connect to the external floor sensor (if applicable, primarily for electric floor heating models like WHT-006-GB).
Note: WHT-006-GA (water heating) and WHT-006-GC (water/gas boiler heating) models typically do not include or require a floor sensor. The floor sensor is primarily used with electric floor heating (WHT-006-GB) to prevent overheating of the floor and ensure optimal comfort.

After wiring, carefully mount the thermostat onto the wall plate and secure it with the provided screws. Once installation is complete, restore power at the circuit breaker.
6. Operation
6.1 Manual Control
The thermostat features a sleek LED display and hidden capacitive touch buttons for direct control. The display provides real-time information on current temperature, set temperature, time, day of the week, and various mode indicators. Interact with the hidden touch buttons to adjust settings. Refer to the icon legend in Figure 4 for a detailed understanding of the display elements and their functions.

6.2 Smart Phone APP Control (Tuya/Smart Life)
The MOES Smart Thermostat can be controlled remotely using the Tuya Smart or Smart Life application on your smartphone. This WiFi version does not require an additional smart home hub.
