- Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures.

9. Troubleshooting
- Speaker does not turn on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source and try again.
- No sound:
- Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode is selected. If using Bluetooth, ensure the speaker is properly paired.
- Bluetooth connection issues:
- Make sure the speaker is within the effective range (up to 10 meters) of your device. Disconnect and re-pair the speaker. Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device if necessary.
- TWS pairing issues (only one speaker plays):
- Ensure both speakers are completely disconnected from any other Bluetooth devices before attempting TWS pairing. Follow the TWS pairing steps carefully, ensuring the yellow light flashes and then becomes solid on both units.
- Audio delay with AUX input (e.g., with musical instruments):
- While the speaker is designed for low latency, some devices or cables might introduce slight delays. Try using a different AUX cable or device to isolate the issue.
- Can I connect it to a TV or projector?
- Yes, if your TV or projector supports Bluetooth audio output or has an AUX audio output port, you can connect the XDOBO X8 via Bluetooth or an AUX cable, respectively.
- Can I use a USB flash drive?
- Yes, the speaker supports U-Disk playback. Insert your USB flash drive into the appropriate port and switch to U-Disk mode using the M button.
10. User Tips
- Battery Life Optimization: Playing music at the loudest volume or with deep bass settings will consume battery faster. For longer playtime, consider moderate volume levels.
- Charging Best Practices: Always use a Type-C 5V/2A charger. Avoid using fast chargers exceeding 5V/2A (e.g., PD fast chargers, Qualcomm fast chargers, gallium nitride fast chargers) as their voltage may not be compatible with the speaker's motherboard and could cause damage.
- Sound Balance at High Volume: When the speaker is at maximum volume, its internal components are protected, and the sound balance (bass, treble, vocal) is adjusted to optimize battery durability and playtime. This may result in a slight difference in deep bass perception compared to medium volumes.
- TWS Range: For optimal TWS performance, keep the two paired speakers relatively close to each other.
