Installation

- Prepare the Robot: Ensure your robot vacuum cleaner is powered off before attempting any installation or removal of parts.
- Locate the Dust Box Compartment: The dust box compartment is typically located under the top cover of the robot vacuum. Open the cover to access it.
- Remove Old Dust Box (if applicable): If replacing an existing dust box, gently pull it out from its slot.
- Insert New Dust Box: Align the new dust box with the compartment. Push it firmly until you hear a click, indicating it is securely in place.
- Close Cover: Close the top cover of your robot vacuum cleaner.

Operation (Emptying the Dust Box)
Regularly empty the dust box to maintain your robot vacuum's cleaning efficiency.
- Power Off: Turn off the robot vacuum cleaner.
- Access Dust Box: Open the top cover of the robot and remove the dust box by pulling it out.
- Open Dust Box: Locate the latch or opening mechanism on the dust box and open it.
- Empty Contents: Dispose of the collected dust and debris into a waste bin.
- Reinstall: Close the dust box securely and reinsert it into the robot vacuum until it clicks into place. Close the robot's top cover.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance of the dust box and its filter is crucial for optimal performance.
- Clean the Dust Box: After emptying, you can rinse the dust box with water if necessary. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation. Do not wash the filter unless specified by your robot vacuum's main manual.
- Clean the Filter: Gently tap the filter to remove loose dust. For a more thorough cleaning, use a small brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the filter mesh.
- Replace Filter: The filter should be replaced periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months, depending on usage) to maintain filtration efficiency. To replace, open the dust box, remove the old filter, and insert a new one.

Troubleshooting
- Dust Box Not Fitting: Ensure the dust box is correctly oriented and aligned with the robot's compartment. Do not force it. Check for any obstructions.
- Reduced Suction/Cleaning Performance: This could indicate a full dust box or a clogged/dirty filter. Empty the dust box and clean or replace the filter as per the maintenance instructions.
- Unusual Noises: If the robot makes unusual noises after dust box installation, ensure the dust box is fully seated and the top cover is closed properly.
