4. Setup Instructions
4.1. Checking Panel Suitability
Before proceeding with installation, ensure your LCD panel is compatible with this board. You need to determine your LCD model's resolution.

- Verify if your resolution is among the supported resolutions listed below:

4.2. Firmware Acquisition
To ensure proper functionality, you will need the correct firmware for your LCD panel's resolution.
- Contact customer service and provide your email address.
- Specify the resolution of your LCD panel when requesting the firmware.
- The seller will send the appropriate firmware via email. Note that a comprehensive firmware package for all resolutions may be a large Zip file.
4.3. Firmware Installation
Follow these steps carefully to install the firmware:
- Place the firmware file, typically named "LUA63A82.bin", onto a USB disk.
- Insert the USB disk into the controller board's USB port.
- Connect the 7-KEY button board to the controller board.
- Turn on the power to the controller board. The light on the 7-KEY button will initially be red, then flash red and blue.
- Wait for the light to stop flashing. This indicates that the firmware upgrade has completed successfully.
- Important: Do NOT connect the LVDS cable during the firmware installation process.
- Caution: Do NOT power off the board during firmware writing. Interrupting the process can corrupt the firmware and render the board unusable.
- After the upgrade is complete, power off the board.
- Connect all necessary cables (including the LVDS cable to your LCD panel) correctly and securely.
- Power on the board again. You will then be prompted to choose your country.
4.4. Accessing Factory Settings
To access advanced settings such as boot logo and mirror display:
- Press the "Input" button on your remote control.
- Immediately after, press "2 5 8 0" in sequence.
- You can now configure settings like the boot logo and mirror display options.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Multimedia Playback
The USB slot on the controller board can be used for playing various multimedia files. Insert a USB drive containing your media files (e.g., movies, MP3 audio, JPEG images) into the USB port. The board's interface will allow you to navigate and play these files.
