- Environmental Conditions: This 2.4G remote control is a precision electronic product. Keep it away from damp, high temperature, dusty, and high-pressure environments.
- Usage Environment: Always use the remote indoors in a dry environment free from static electricity.
- Interference: Do not use the remote control in areas filled with metal objects or strong electromagnetic waves, as this can seriously affect the control distance and performance.
8. Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding or control distance reduced:
- Check battery level; replace if the indicator light flashes quickly.
- Ensure the remote is used in a dry, indoor environment away from dampness, high temperatures, dust, or high pressure.
- Avoid using the remote near large metal objects or strong electromagnetic sources, which can interfere with the 2.4G RF signal.
- Pairing fails:
- Ensure the light was powered off for at least 10 seconds before attempting to pair.
- Make sure to press the 'ON' button within 3 seconds of powering on the light.
- Repeat the pairing steps carefully.
