Setup Guide

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a 5V/500mA USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The charging time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

2. Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on and you hear a startup sound.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button again for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (the indicator light will typically flash).
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Awei Y385" from the list of found devices.
4. Once connected, the speaker will indicate a successful pairing, and the indicator light will stop flashing.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve a surround stereo effect, you can pair two Awei Y385 speakers together:

1. Ensure both Y385 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the power button (or a dedicated TWS button if available, refer to speaker controls). The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Both speakers will then play audio in stereo.
