Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No sound from microphone
  • Microphone or receiver not powered on.
  • Low or dead batteries in microphone.
  • Microphone not synchronized with receiver.
  • Audio cable disconnected or faulty.
  • Mixer/amplifier input issues.
  • Ensure both microphone and receiver are powered on.
  • Replace microphone batteries.
  • Perform IR synchronization (refer to Setup section).
  • Check all audio cable connections and try a different cable.
  • Verify mixer/amplifier settings and input.
Interference or poor sound quality
  • Frequency interference from other wireless devices.
  • Microphone too far from receiver or obstacles.
  • Antennas not properly positioned.
  • Use the auto scan function on the receiver to find a clear frequency, then re-sync.
  • Reduce distance between microphone and receiver; ensure clear line of sight.
  • Adjust receiver antennas for optimal reception.
Short transmission range
  • Environmental factors (walls, metal objects).
  • Antenna placement.
  • Ensure receiver is placed in an open area, away from large metal objects.
  • Optimize antenna positioning.
