Setup Instructions
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a suitable USB power source. The charging case (T28P, T28Pro) may feature a battery display screen to indicate charge level.

2. Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the earphones are charged.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
- Open the charging case lid. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds, if applicable).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth ON.
- Search for available devices. You should see "AWEI T28 Pro" (or similar model name) in the list.
- Select the earphone name to connect. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
- If pairing fails, place the earphones back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The earphones feature intuitive touch controls for various functions:
- Play/Pause: Touch either earbud once.
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Touch either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Touch either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Move Previous (Previous Track): Touch left earbud twice.
- Move Next (Next Track): Touch right earbud twice.
- Volume UP: Long press left earbud.
- Volume DOWN: Long press right earbud.
- Siri/Voice Assistant: Touch left earbud thrice (not during call status).
- Game Mode ON/OFF: Tap on the Right Earbud for 3 Times.

Game Mode (T28Pro)
The T28Pro model features an Ultra-Low Latency Game Mode, designed to minimize audio delay during gaming for a more immersive experience. To activate or deactivate Game Mode, tap the Right Earbud three times.

Charging
To charge your Awei TWS Earphones:
- Place both earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case.
- Close the charging case lid.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter (not included).
- The charging indicator (or digital display on T28P/T28Pro) will show the charging status.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

Troubleshooting
