• USB Type C 10Gbps (Model: M32A2C-G2-05): Equipped with 2 USB 3.2 10Gbps ports and 2 Type-C 10Gbps ports, a 5V2A power supply port, and includes a Type-C to Type-C 0.5m cable with a USB-A adapter.

• 7 Port USB 3.2 1M (Model: M37A-G2-10): Features 7 USB 3.2 10Gbps ports, a 5V3A power supply port, and includes a USB-A to Type-C 1m 90-degree cable.

4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack the Hub: Carefully remove the ORICO USB 3.2 Hub and its accessories from the packaging.
2. Connect to Host Device:
   • If your computer has a USB-C port, use the provided Type-C to Type-C cable to connect the hub to your computer.
   • If your computer has a USB-A port, attach the USB-A adapter to the Type-C end of the cable, then connect the hub to your computer's USB-A port.

3. Connect Power Adapter (Optional but Recommended for High-Power Devices): If you are connecting power-intensive devices (e.g., external hard drives, multiple USB devices), connect a compatible 5V2A or 5V3A Type-C power adapter (not always included, check your specific model's package contents) to the hub's dedicated power supply port.
4. Plug in Peripherals: Connect your USB devices (e.g., mouse, keyboard, flash drives, card readers, external drives) to the available USB ports on the hub.
5. Automatic Recognition: The hub is plug-and-play, so your operating system should automatically detect and install any necessary generic drivers. No manual driver installation is typically required.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the ORICO USB 3.2 Hub is connected and recognized by your computer, you can begin using it to expand your device connectivity:

• Connecting Devices: Simply plug your USB devices into any available port on the hub. The 34-degree ergonomic design facilitates easy insertion.

• Data Transfer: For optimal 10Gbps speeds, ensure both your host device and the connected peripheral support USB 3.2 Gen 2. The hub will automatically negotiate the highest possible speed with connected devices.

• Power Delivery: The dedicated power supply port ensures stable power for all connected devices, especially crucial for external hard drives or charging devices. If you experience unstable connections with high-power devices, ensure the external power adapter is connected.
• Hot-Swapping: The hub supports hot-swapping, meaning you can connect and disconnect devices without needing to restart your computer or the hub.

6. Maintenance

• Slow Data Transfer Speeds:

  • Ensure the connecting cable is rated for high-speed data transfer.

• Intermittent Connections:
