Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your hand dryer.
- Exterior Cleaning: Clean the exterior surface of the hand dryer regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the ABS polycarbonate cover.
- Drain Tank Maintenance: The hand dryer is equipped with an internal drain tank to collect excess water. Periodically check the drain tank and empty it to prevent water overflow and maintain hygiene. The drain tank is typically located at the bottom of the unit (refer to Figure 3).
- HEPA Filter Inspection: The two-stage HEPA filter is crucial for air quality. Inspect the filter regularly for dust and debris buildup. Clean or replace the filter as needed to ensure efficient air filtration and drying performance. Access to the filter may be behind the hidden switch panel (refer to Figure 4).
- Sensor Cleaning: Keep the sensor area clean and free from obstructions to ensure proper automatic activation.
