Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the HUTT W66 robot is fully charged. Connect the power adapter to the robot and a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
Attaching Cleaning Rags
Attach the provided microfiber cleaning rags to the bottom of the robot. Ensure they are securely fastened to cover the cleaning surfaces.
Filling the Water Tank
Locate the water tank cap on the robot. Use the measuring bottle to fill the 150ML intelligent control water tank with clean water or a non-corrosive glass cleaning solution. Close the cap securely.

Safety Rope Attachment
For safety, especially when cleaning high windows, always attach the safety rope to the robot and secure the other end to a sturdy fixture indoors. This prevents the robot from falling in case of power loss or detachment.
Placement on Window
Place the robot on the glass surface you wish to clean. Ensure the surface is relatively clean of large debris to prevent scratching. The robot will automatically adhere to the glass using its suction.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Press the power button on the robot or the remote control to turn the device on. To turn off, press and hold the power button until the robot detaches or powers down.
Starting Cleaning
Once powered on and securely attached, press the "Start" button on the robot or remote control. The HUTT W66 will initiate its intelligent route planning and begin cleaning.

Intelligent Water Spray
The robot features an exclusive water spray design. It will automatically spray water every 10 seconds for even coverage, ensuring the cleaning rags maintain optimal humidity for effective cleaning. The water tank capacity allows for cleaning approximately 70-80 square meters of glass per fill.

Automatic Frequency Conversion Suction
The HUTTTHINK smart algorithm allows the W66 to automatically adjust its suction power based on the glass cleanliness. It increases pressure for dirtier areas and decreases it for lighter cleaning, optimizing efficiency and cleaning performance.

Edge Detection and Obstacle Avoidance
Equipped with laser detection sensors, the robot can accurately identify window edges and obstacles. It will automatically slow down and repeatedly wipe the edge glass, ensuring thorough cleaning while avoiding hazards, even on borderless glass.

Completion of Cleaning
Upon completing its cleaning cycle, the robot will automatically return to its starting position and may emit an audible alert. Carefully remove the robot from the glass surface.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Robot Exterior
After each use, wipe the exterior of the robot with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove any dust or residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the robot in water.
Cleaning/Replacing Cleaning Rags
Remove the microfiber cleaning rags from the robot. They can be hand-washed or machine-washed with mild detergent. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching for the next use. Replace worn-out rags as needed for optimal cleaning performance.
Water Tank Maintenance
Regularly empty and rinse the water tank to prevent residue buildup. If using cleaning solutions, ensure they are non-corrosive to avoid damage to the internal spray system.
Track Maintenance
Inspect the non-slip special tracks for any debris or wear. Clean them gently with a soft brush if necessary to maintain optimal grip on glass surfaces.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not adhere to glass. | Low suction power; dirty cleaning rags; uneven surface. | Ensure power is connected. Clean or replace rags. Ensure glass surface is flat. |
| Water spray not working. | Empty water tank; clogged nozzles. | Refill water tank. Clean spray nozzles gently. |
| Robot stops unexpectedly. | Power interruption; internal error. | The robot has UPS power failure protection and can operate for 20 minutes after power loss. Check power connection. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Cleaning performance is poor. | Dirty rags; insufficient water/solution; extremely dirty glass. | Replace or clean rags. Ensure water tank is filled. Pre-clean heavily soiled areas manually. |
