Setup and Installation
The Lecoo Touchless Faucet Adapter is designed for easy installation without the need for additional tools, thanks to the included wrench and fittings. It is compatible with M22 male thread or M24 female thread faucet nozzles.

Installation Steps:
- Step 1: Take off the tap aerator. Unscrew the existing aerator from your faucet.
- Step 2: Install the gasket. Place a suitable silicone gasket into the adapter.
- Step 3: Tighten the joint with wrench. Screw the touchless faucet adapter onto your faucet. If your faucet has an M22 male thread, use the M22 to M24 connector first, then attach the adapter. Use the provided wrench to securely tighten the adapter.
- Step 4: Open the faucet handle. Ensure your faucet's handle is in the open position to allow water flow through the adapter.
Note: The standard M22 to M24 connector should be installed before attaching the adapter if your faucet has an outer tooth nozzle.

Operating Instructions
The Lecoo Touchless Faucet Adapter features two distinct water outlet modes for convenience and water saving.
Video 1: Demonstration of Instant and Long Water Modes
1. Instant Mode:
- The bottom sensor activates this mode.
- When an object (e.g., your hands) enters the bottom sensing area (distance ≤ 10 cm), water will start to flow instantly.
- When the object leaves the sensing area, the water flow will stop automatically.
- This mode is ideal for quick tasks like washing hands or rinsing small items.
2. Long Water Mode:
- The side sensors activate this mode.
- To start water flow for an extended period (e.g., washing dishes, filling pots), gently wave your hand in the side sensor area.
- The water will continue to flow until you wave your hand in the side sensor area again to stop it.

Safety Feature:
- If water flows continuously for more than 3 minutes, the solenoid valve will automatically close to prevent overflow and water waste. To resume water flow, simply activate the sensor again.
Maintenance
Charging the Battery:
The adapter is equipped with a built-in 3.7V 500mAh li-ion battery that provides over 9 months of use on a single charge.
- When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash 10 times to remind you to charge. The solenoid valve will automatically close to prevent unexpected water flow.
- To charge, connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the adapter and a 5V/1A power source.
- Important: Do not use the faucet while it is charging. Ensure the main faucet handle is turned off during charging.

Cleaning the Filter Screen:
The adapter includes a filter screen to prevent debris from entering the system. Periodically check and clean the filter screen to maintain optimal water flow and performance.
- To access the filter screen, carefully unscrew the bottom part of the adapter.
- Rinse the filter screen under running water to remove any accumulated particles.
- Reassemble the adapter, ensuring the gasket is properly seated to prevent leaks.
Troubleshooting

- Optimal Sensor Distance: For the instant mode, ensure objects are within 10 cm of the bottom sensor for reliable activation.
- Top Sensor Priority: The adapter is designed with top sensor priority. If the top sensor is triggered, the lower induction will be closed, effectively avoiding accidental activation.
- Battery Life: A full charge can last for over 9 months under normal usage. The device will indicate low battery by flashing its light 10 times before automatically closing the solenoid valve.
- Water Saving: The integrated flow channel throttle design ensures efficient water usage, delivering 0.07 L/S at 0.1 MPa water pressure.
- Hygiene: Utilize the touchless feature to minimize contact with faucet surfaces, especially when hands are dirty, to maintain a hygienic environment.
