Setup

1. Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earphones and the charging case are fully charged.

Charging Case: Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a suitable USB power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. The charging case has a 400mAh battery capacity.
Earphones: Place the earphones into their respective slots in the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. Each earphone has a 45mAh battery. A full charge for the earphones takes approximately 1.5 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
Open the charging case and take out both earphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Awei T20" from the list.
Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earphones will be ready for use.

Touch Controls

The Awei T20 earphones feature smart touch controls for easy management of music and calls. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

Play/Pause Music: Single touch on either earphone.
Next Song: Double touch on the right earphone.

Reject Call: Touch and hold either earphone for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple touch on either earphone.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Water Resistance

Troubleshooting
