5.1 Initial Placement

1. Download the official ORVIBO smart home application from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Register or log in to your ORVIBO account.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. Select the Smart Camera S1 from the device list.
4. The app will guide you through connecting the camera to your Wi-Fi network (supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz).
5. Once connected, the camera will be paired with your account and ready for use.

5.4 Micro SD Card Installation (Optional)

1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the camera.
2. Gently insert a compatible Micro SD card (up to 128GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.
3. Format the Micro SD card through the camera settings in the ORVIBO app for optimal performance.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Live View and Remote Control

Open the ORVIBO app to access the live video feed from your camera. You can remotely pan (360° horizontal) and tilt (210° vertical) the camera to adjust the viewing angle.

6.2 Two-Way Intercom

While in live view, tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera. Tap the speaker icon to hear audio from the camera's location. This allows for real-time communication.

6.3 AI Motion Detection and Tracking

Enable AI Humanoid Detection in the app settings. The camera will then intelligently identify human figures and track their movement, sending alerts only for relevant events. This minimizes false alarms from pets or environmental changes.

6.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low-light conditions. For environments with very low light (>0.3 Lux), it can present a full-color picture. Ensure the camera lens is unobstructed for optimal night vision performance.

6.6 One-Click Physical Shielding

• Environmental Conditions: Avoid exposing the camera to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct water contact.
• Power Supply: Always use the original AC power adapter provided with the camera.

8. Troubleshooting

• Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct and the camera is within range of your router. Try restarting both the camera and your router. The camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
• Poor image quality: Check your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions. Verify that the camera is set to 2K resolution in the app settings.
• No motion detection alerts: Confirm that motion detection is enabled in the app settings and that the sensitivity is adjusted appropriately. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the monitored area.
• Two-way intercom issues: Check your device's microphone and speaker permissions for the ORVIBO app. Ensure both the camera and your mobile device have a stable internet connection.
• Micro SD card not recording: Ensure the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and formatted through the app. Check if the card has sufficient storage space or if it's faulty.
