6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these three easy steps for jump-starting your vehicle:
- Connect: Insert the intelligent ignition clamps into the EC5 interface of the jump starter. The clamp indicator will flash in red and green alternately.
- Clip: Open the hood of your vehicle. Clip the positive (red) ignition clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car's battery and the negative (black) ignition clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your car's battery.
- Start: Get into the car and start the engine. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the jump starter from the battery terminals.
Warning: Make sure the red clamp of the jumper cables is connected to the positive terminal of the battery and the black clamp is connected to the negative terminal; reverse connection may cause irreversible damage.

7. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and dry.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The device is designed to operate even at -20°C and up to 60°C, but prolonged exposure to extremes should be avoided.
- Recharge the jump starter periodically, even if not in use, to maintain battery health. It retains approximately 85% of its charge after 9 months of idle time, but regular charging is recommended.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device.

8. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the jump starter and the power adapter. Try a different cable or adapter. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Jump starter not activating/indicator light not working: Check if the clamps are correctly inserted into the EC5 interface. Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge.
- Red light and beeping sound when connecting to car battery: This indicates an incorrect connection (e.g., reverse polarity or both clamps on the same terminal). Disconnect immediately and re-connect the clamps correctly (red to positive, black to negative).
- Car not starting after jump-start attempt: Ensure the jump starter is fully charged. Verify that the clamps have a secure connection to the battery terminals. If the car still doesn't start, there might be a more significant issue with the car battery or engine, and professional assistance may be required.
9. User Tips
- This jump starter is effective even in cold winter conditions, with users reporting successful starts for multiple vehicles on a single charge.
- It can be used to jump-start motorcycles, provided they use a 12V battery system.
- Note that this device functions as a starting aid and power bank; it does not have a tire inflation feature.
