2. Setup
2.1 Charging
Before first use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Use a qualified manufacturer's charger.
- Charging Case LED: Blinks blue while charging, solid blue when fully charged.
- Earbuds LED: Turns red for 4 seconds when placed in the case. If the case battery is low, the LED will blink 4 times after earbuds are placed in.
2.2 Pairing
First-Time Pairing:
- Pick up both earbuds, then place them back into the charging case. Close the charging case lid. (This step activates new earbuds).
- Open the charging case and pick up both earbuds again. They will automatically turn on and enter connectable mode.
- On your mobile phone, refresh the Bluetooth device list and tap "QCY-T17" to connect.
*If earbuds do not power on automatically, please charge them and try again.
Switching Paired Devices:
- Turn off Bluetooth on the currently connected phone (Phone A). The earbuds will automatically disconnect and become discoverable.
- On the new phone (Phone B), search for "QCY-T17" in the Bluetooth device list and tap to connect.
*The earbuds do not support simultaneous connection to two phones. They will automatically reconnect to the last paired phone when powered on again.
2.3 Wearing the Earbuds
- Select the appropriate eartips (S/M/L) for a comfortable and secure fit. Medium eartips are recommended to start with.
- Insert the earbuds into your ears, then gently rotate them to find a comfortable and stable position.
