7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Exposure: The headset is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposure to water, rain, or excessive moisture to prevent damage.
- Charging: Use only the provided Micro-USB cable or a certified equivalent for charging.
8. Troubleshooting
- Headset does not power on:
- Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and check the LED indicator.
- Cannot pair with device:
- Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (red and blue LEDs flashing alternately). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (typically 10 meters). Try restarting both the headset and your device.
- No sound or poor sound quality:
- Check the volume level on your connected device. Ensure the headset is properly paired and connected. Try disconnecting and re-pairing the headset. Ensure there are no obstructions between the headset and your device.
- Interlocutor hears me poorly / Background noise during calls:
- Ensure the microphone (4) is not obstructed. Try moving to a quieter environment, as the headset's active noise cancellation may have limitations in very noisy surroundings (e.g., while driving). The microphone sensitivity might be lower than expected in some conditions.
- Voice prompt language issue:
- The product specifications do not indicate support for changing the voice prompt language. The default language is typically English. If you encounter voice prompts in an unexpected language, there is generally no user-accessible setting to change it.
9. User Tips
- For optimal call clarity, especially for the person you are speaking to, try to use the headset in a relatively quiet environment.
- While the headset offers active noise cancellation, its effectiveness can vary. Manage expectations for call quality in very noisy settings like a moving car.
- Keep the headset charged regularly to ensure it's ready for use, especially given its 10-hour talk/music time.
