Here are the simple steps in turning your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro on:

1. For the first time out of the box, place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
2. After 3 seconds, simply open the charging case lid to turn on the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds (they will now be in Bluetooth pairing mode).

If the earbuds were idle for 5 minutes outside the charging case and have automatically shut off to conserve battery:

1. Simply press and hold the touch panel on each earbud for 2 seconds to power them on again.
2. If this does not work, place both earbuds back into the charging case, wait for 5 seconds
3. Open the charging case and the earbuds should be on.

To power off your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, simply place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

Follow the steps below to pair your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro to your Bluetooth device.

1. For the first time out of the box, place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Keep it within 1 meter of your device.
2. Open the charging case lid without taking out the earbuds and ensure that there is enough battery power by checking the LED indicator on the charging case. The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
3. On your Bluetooth device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings to turn on Bluetooth.
4. Scan and connect to Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Earbuds.
5. You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” from the earbuds to confirm that they are connected to your device.

Note: Once the earbuds have been paired to a device, they will automatically try to connect to the last paired device every time the charging case’s lid is opened, or when the earbuds are powered on.

If you have your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro paired to your smartphone as well as your laptop, the audio will only play from one source at a time, depending on which source you are currently connected to. If you are connected to your smartphone, then the audio from the smartphone will be playing on the earbuds. If you want to switch to hearing audio from your laptop, you’ll have to navigate into your smartphone’s Bluetooth setting to disconnect from it first, then connect to your laptop by navigating to your laptop’s Bluetooth settings.

Follow the steps below to charge your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds.

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
2. Assuming the charging case has battery left, it will be charging up the earbuds.
3. Connecting the charging case to a USB port using the included USB-C charging cable to a power source will charge both the earbuds and charging case.

There are two ways to activate low latency Gaming Mode.

First way is by using the earbud’s built-in controls.

1. Triple tap and hold the last tap for 2 seconds on either earbud.
2. You will hear audible cue “Gaming Mode” to confirm that it has been activated.
3. Doing the same gesture again will return to Normal Mode.
4. You will hear audible cue “Normal Mode” to confirm.

You can also toggle Gaming Mode to on/off in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app. If audio drops/skips, we recommend keeping your earbuds within a very close distance of the audio source when in Gaming Mode (within 2 ft / 60 cm) and switching back to Normal Mode when not gaming.

Play/Pause the track

The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds feature touch controls. Change music tracks, manage calls, and activate your smartphone’s voice assistant—all from the earbud touch interface. By default, double tap the touch panel on either earbud to skip to the next track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.

Return to the previous track

By default, triple tap the touch panel on either earbud to return to the previous track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
